What is Mac Memory ? Mac memory works in the same way as any pc memory module. The operating system stores information into its Flash memory while it is operating. The more Mac memory you have the more the operating system can use during operations. This speed up multi tasking and heavy crunching task by some way. You could have the fastest computer chip on the market but if that is not supported by sufficient amounts of RAM then you are not getting the best out of your processing power.
