What is Compact Flash Memory Card ?
Compact Flash Memory Card is solid state memory devices which can store information or data on the chip with the need for a power source. Compact Flash Card or CF Cards come in two sizes and there are: CF Type I and CF Type II. Although both memory cards are the same size the type II cards are slightly thicker. When Compact Flash Cards first came out the type II cards tended to be the high capacity memory cards, this is not the case anymore as technology has moved on in the design of Compact Flash Memory Card.
